Yes! The Very Important Body Loyalty Club is free to join. There is no cost and no credit card application. Just provide your full name, email address, additional information and agree to the Very Important Body Loyalty Club Terms and Conditions.

You earn points on merchandise you buy and don't return on FoolProofBody.com. Also, additional points can be earned through other
activities as indicated in the Very Important Body Loyalty Club on our website; FoolProofBody.com/loyalty. Points will be applied to your account after your order and/or activity is completed. Taxes, fees, services (including shipping, gift wrap), gift certificates, and the coupon amount applied to a purchase do not qualify for points.

Once you earn at least 500 points, you can redeem your points for coupons/discounts in Very Important Body REWARDS to shop on FoolProofBody.com.

When you are logged in to your Very Important Body account, your Very Important Body REWARDS are available for you to utilize at checkout. 

No. Very Important Body Points do not expire. However, the Very Important Body Tiers reset at the end of each calendar year; 31st December at 11:59:59 EST.

There are several reasons you might not have earned points on a purchase. The most common reasons are: You checked out as a guest; make sure you log in before checking out so we can apply points to your account. You returned your purchase; kindly note that you will only receive points for items you purchase and do not return. 

All points earned from the item, including bonus points, will be deducted from your account when merchandise is returned that was originally purchased using your account. It is possible your account could have a negative balance after merchandise is returned.

Not at this time. Points are earned on purchases you've made while logged into your account and cannot be transferred to other accounts. Your membership can only be associated with a single Very Important Body account. VIB Points should not be earned on multiple accounts and cannot be combined.

You have attained a tier based on your year-to-date spend and points accumulation at FoolProofBody.com. Your eligibility for higher tiers is
based on your calendar year net spend and points accumulation.

Every time you achieve a new Very Important Body tier, your existing points are still available, if unutilized.

Your tier is good for the calendar year in which you qualify. After that, you must requalify since the tiers reset. The points are good for
the year and the following full calendar year. FoolProof Body reserves the right to alter or discontinue the program at any time, at which point you will no longer be able to accrue points and your benefits will no longer be valid. 

If your account is canceled or you opt out of the Very Important Body Loyalty Program, you forfeit any unused VIB REWARDS as well as all VIB POINTS that have not been redeemed. We reserve the right to disqualify any person from participating, or cancel your participation in the Very Important Body Loyalty Program if we believe you are violating the Terms and Conditions, reselling products, manipulating the program, making excessive returns, engaged in fraud, abuse of rewards privileges or other conduct inconsistent with the program's intent, or for any other reason we deem necessary based on our sole discretion.
