Q: Do you ship outside of the U.S.?

A: Yes, we do ship outside of the U.S.

Please allow up to 72 business hours for your order to be processed. Shipping time is an average of 7-11 business days after your order has been processed.

Due to customs processing in each country shipping times for international orders are averages. Your order may arrive sooner, or in rare cases, later than the time frame listed. For this reason, we cannot offer guaranteed arrival dates on international orders.

Please note that we are not responsible for any duties, taxes, or levies that your country may impose on your shipment, as this is handled within the country of receipt. We have absolutely no control or jurisdiction over your governments duty/tax assessment or whether a duty/tax is assessed at all (for many shipments a duty/tax is not charged).

 

Q: What shipping method do you use?

A: We offer Priority shipping via USPS (United States Postal Service) within the U.S., which typically takes 5-7 business days. International orders may take up to 20 business days or longer to arrive. You may track your order by visiting www.USPS.com. Please be aware some international countries do not scan the package once it arrives in your country. If more than 20 business days pass, please contact your local post office or customs, as the package may be held there. Foolproof Body® is not responsible for any customs or duty charges that may occur.  

 

Q: How do I cancel an order?

A: Before submitting your order, please check to make sure it is correct. We can not cancel orders once they are submitted; however, you can refuse the package when it arrives. Once it is returned, we will issue a refund for the subtotal amount. (Shipping is nonrefundable.)

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?

A: Please allow up to 72 business hours for your order to be processed. USPS ground orders arrive within 3 – 5 business days after your order has been processed. Please verify that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. You may be subject to reshipping fees if your package needs to be reshipped due to inaccurate shipping you provided.

All orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday, after normal business hours or holidays, will be processed on the next business day. Most orders are processed within 72 hours after receipt. Longer delays may apply depending on volume and time of year.

Priority can take 3-7 days longer than normal to deliver during the holidays (especially during the month of December). Foolproof Body is not responsible or liable for any US Postal Service errors during transit, including damage and loss of package, and for any “reasonable” delay beyond our advertised delivery time-frames.

 

Q: How do I know if my order has been shipped?


A: When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. The e-mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the USPS website. To track the order, click on the tracking number provided in the email 72 hours after you receive the tracking number for an update. If the tracking has not updated, please do not call the Post Office. They will not have any additional information to provide you. Sometimes tracking does not update right away. This does not mean your order has not shipped. It simply means the post office has not scanned the package. Please allow up to 5-7 business days (USA) for your order to arrive after you received the tracking number. International orders may take 20 business days to arrive. If this time has passed, and your order has not been delivered, please email us at CustomerService@FoolproofBody.com.

If you have not received an email with your tracking number after 3 business days, please check your junk/spam inbox then contact us. Shipping emails are sent to the email address you entered at checkout when placing your order. Please be sure to enter the correct email address at checkout.

Also, please be sure your mailing address is complete and correct (including apt and house numbers) as we may not be able to change your address once the order is completed.

 

Q: Why is my payment is pending?

A: When your card is reviewed and declined, the funds are placed on hold instead of completing the transaction. This may be due to the payment information being entered as incorrect or in instances that an invalid payment option was used. Your funds will be released back to your bank in 3-5 business days. If you do not see the funds back in your account after that time, please contact your bank for further information.



Q: How do I check on the status of my order?

Q: What if I receive a damaged item or my order is incorrect?
A: Please email CustomerService@FoolproofBody.com within 5 days of delivery. In order to receive replacements, you must provide photos of your damaged items. Please email CustomerService@FoolproofBody.com for a return label.  

 

Q: What if I provide an incorrect address?

A: The purchaser is responsible for providing the correct mailing address. Before finalizing your order, be certain your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for goods delivered to the wrong address input at the time of ordering. If you happen to notice that you entered the wrong address, you can email us at CustomerService@FoolproofBody.com with the correct shipping address before your order is processed. Once shipped, we will not be responsible for the wrong address. 

If a package is returned to Foolproof Body due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the customer was not home for delivery, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the additional delivery cost.  Foolproof Body is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer. No refunds will be provided if any part of the address is incorrect. 

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We are committed to excellent customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase we would love to hear from you. We will try our best to find a resolution. We hope you love what you ordered. ​H​owever, if you would like to return your purchase please contact customer service within 5 days of ​delivery. Please note all sales are final and are not subject to return.

​We do not accept C.O.D.s. If you choose to return your merchandise, shipping is at your expense. Original shipping and handling charges are also nonrefundable.

Be sure to include your invoice number and your reasoning for returning merchandise. It's also a good idea to write down your delivery tracking number for future reference. Please allow 5 -7 days for delivery of new merchandise and processing or your return order.

Q: What if my package was lost or stolen? 

A: Once an order has shipped and tracking becomes available, we recommend the receiver be available on the estimated date of arrival of the package. If not, then the receiver would need to contact the carrier to schedule a pick up at the holding facility. 
Foolproof Body is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Foolproof Body will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
